Supporting Democrats

As Democrats, we share the common goal of electing more Democratic officials at local, state and national levels, and we use our unique set of legal resources to achieve this critical goal, while staying focused on our core voting rights mission.

The Florida Democratic Lawyers Council is a resource for Democratic incumbents and new candidates at all levels of government in Florida. During each election cycle, we provide lawyers trained in election law to monitor polling sites across the State in an effort to ensure that everyone who is eligible to vote is allowed to vote and that all votes are properly counted.
