Voter Identification Requirement

Identification to Vote
Each registered voter is required to show a photo and signature identification at their designated precinct.  If the photo identification does not contain the registered voter's signature, the registered voter will be required to show an additional identification that provides signature.  If the individual does not have proper identification, the individual should be allowed to vote a provisional ballot. 

Acceptable forms of photo identification include:

Florida driver's license;
Florida identification card issued by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles;
United States passport;
Debit or credit card;
Military identification;
Student identification;
Retirement center identification;
Neighborhood associations identification;
Public assistance identification.
